Flighthost.com’s web hosting plans are designed to accommodate the needs of every customer type.  We have options for everything from a small personal website all the way through a full e-commerce system.  One of our main benefits is an easy upgrade path that allows our clients to start small and rest easy knowing we can grow with their needs.

Reseller Plans
We are very proud that a number of our clients have taken advantage of our reseller programs.  Some of our resellers are website design consultants that resell our services to maintain a residual income on their projects and others are dedicated full service web hosting companies.  One of the main reasons our reseller packages are so popular is that there are no costs involved until the accounts are sold.  With our reseller system it is possible to earn up to 50% commission on the very first sale.

E-Commerce Plans
E-commerce is rapidly changing and Flighthost.com works very hard to make sure we offer both competitive and time proven technologies.  We have multiple shopping cart systems available and have recently partnered with a major financial services company to offer merchant accounts to our customers at deeply discounted prices.

What would you say is your company's main strength? 
We have kept very specific goals relating to our growth rates.  Controlled growth is the key to our ability to provide personalized service to each and every one of our clients.  This philosophy has enabled us to weather the rapid changes in this industry and emerge as a serious contender in the web-hosting arena.  While other companies are now feeling the pinch from the past few years of uncontrolled spending Flighthost.com has managed to grow while staying financially stable with no debt.

What makes you different from other web hosting companies?
Now more than ever hosting companies are trying to find ways to squeeze more and more out of each server they have.  It’s not uncommon to hear of up to 1000 websites on a single server.  Unfortunately the customers are the ones who suffer as a result with slow loading times, unpredictable server reliability and difficulty accessing an overloaded support department.  Flighthost.com limits our servers to only 50% of their capacity thus making them more reliable and better performing.  More reliability with the servers has also resulted in faster response times from our technical support staff.

How do you define Web Hosting?
Web Hosting has evolved to describe the entire function of website design, implementation and operation.  A professional hosting company should offer a complete line of services and products to assist their customers every step along the way.  Nothing is more appealing to our customers than knowing they have one place to go for all of their web site needs.

Who is your target market?  
Flighthost.com offers solutions for everyone from individuals to large sized companies.  Our plans are carefully crafted to ensure that we can meet the needs of a variety of client types.  A significant percentage of our customers are small to medium sized businesses that were looking to implement or expand their web presence.

Describe what you are doing to anticipate the next year of Internet growth?
The Internet has matured dramatically in the past two years.  This year seems to be the time when companies are starting to find their roots.  We are taking advantage of this time to solidify our financial strength and lay down our technical foundation so that we can meet the needs of all of our customers for many years to come. 

Where will you be in 5 years?
We’re planning on being here supporting our customers for many years to come. We plan to continue our policy of controlled growth to ensure that we will always be able to provide personalized support for our clients.  Many companies have already closed their doors and many more will in the years to come.  Flighthost.com will continue as a respected name in the web hosting industry.
